Racks are easy to remove and clean. Dehydrator is very user friendly. We’ve made several batches of beef jerky, and it’s been perfect each and every time. I like the position if the timer, and the fact that the tests are metal instead of hard plastic. Great machine !

Low noise level. Had to check it the first time I ran it to see if it was still going. (It was) Does a great job drying all the racks evenly. No need to rotate the racks during the process. Love the automatic shut off.

This thing did not last 2 years, it's broken and we can not get into the thing to find what is broken to fix it. This is stupid.If you want a unit that is easy to repair, DO NOT BUY THIS. If your ok with buying a new one in a year or 2, then go ahead.

For starting out learning to dehydrate food, this is a great unit. A bit pricey, but way better than the cheap $30 plastic ones. Racks do well in the dishwasher. Worked well right out of the box, no hitches or hiccups, easy to use.
