A: This can be used for that yes.

**Q: What gauge is the cable?  Is it sufficient to lock up the bike?**
A: CABLE CAN BE USED TO LOCK JACKET

**Q: Where or in what pocket is the (3l hydration bladder pouch) intended to go?**
A: Our Tek Pak doesn't have a pocket for the Hydration bladder. It has an external and internal water bottle carrier. If you would like have a bladder in the bag, it would be up to you as the customer on where to place it.
