These syringes work, but they are on the expensive side.

Bought these for use with a water testing kit, need up to 20ml water at a time and didn't want to keep dipping all sorts into the tank, also this fits the test tubes and I control water flow with a gentle push, so ease of use too... The "dedicated syringe" which is the biz, is fit for purpose and at the price paid, it's a good buy, recommend!

Product is as described. No leakage when used and doesn't drip too much. I use these for watering crowded succulents which really dislike getting wet. The tip of this syringe is very firm. I poke it into the tiny gaps between plants and squirt water directly into the soil. This means only the soil and roots get wet and the plants stay dry and happy!

This is excellent for topping up batteries and ensuring that they are not over filled.
