Pretty basic poncho, good quality & price, does what it should
Bought these for my daughter who bikes to school, and sometimes we have rain. This is a tradition started by my dad LOL and if I could make it through wearing a "stupid poncho" (my thoughts as a kid) to get to school fairly dry, then so can she! Good quality, seems like they hold up well. I recently bought a few more packs of 2, because she conveniently "lost" the first one. (Insert eye roll here). I think these will get her through high school just fine.

Large is Good!
But large is good ! The large will be easy to slip on in a sudden rainstorm and provide good coverage. I bought these for a trip my family is taking this summer to England, Ireland, and Scotland, and we've been told that it can rain spontaneously and often. These will be easy to carry in our tote bags in case of any sudden storms.I carried a similar poncho on another trip--and never had to use it, so I hope we have the same weather luck.I opened mine to check the size, etc., and I'm pressed with the quality of the material, and I love the way the hood comes foreword because I wear eyeglasses, and this type of hood would keep the rain off my glasses.

Good Price, Good Item
Purchased for an NFL game. Luckily we didn't have to wear them, but they fit a 5'5'' 140lb woman and a 6'2'' 240lb man just fine.

A light weight garment that is easy to carry and provide protection from sudden rain storms.
Purchased this product to pack in my carry bag when visiting Disney World theme parks. Florida has almost daily rain showers that can disrupt your day if you are caught outside and drenched. This handy poncho is light weight and easy to carry. It can be quickly donned when the rain begins and keeps you dry while you continue your day in the park. You can purchase lower quality ponchos in the parks if you need to, but they are much lower quality and expensive. This product is much better quality and cost effective.

Satisfied with purchase
I'm 5'11" and this fits me length wise to about a foot past my knees, but width wise there is tons of room. Almost like it should have been made for a 4X sized person because its too much fabric all around me. But, it's bearable and I still think this will work well for me in the rain. The EVA fabric its made out of has a soft feel, its smooth, and doesn't make lots of crinkly noise like some others might. I'm just not sure how many uses I'll get out of it as I'm sure eventually it will tear or something will happen to it because it is pretty thin, but not as thin as the cheap dollar store trash bag ones. Those you get like one use out of it and throw it away. These totes ones I expect to get at least 5-7 wears out of it, if not more, for the price I paid. The hood on this poncho fit me well also. It wasn't constricting, or too big or anything. All in all, I am happy with my purchase. I bought a set of 2 grey ponchos, one for me and one for my husband. The sizing on him is yet to be determined because I couldn't get him to try it on yet. He's only 3 inches taller than me and weighs 230 pounds and I suspect it's going to fit him the same way as mine does, and he'll still have lots of room inside his too. The only difference will be I could fit 5-6 of me in mine whereas he could probably fit 3 of himself in his. Being that this poncho is so roomy, I think it would work well for a back packer who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on one. How long it will last trekking through brush and woods though, I don't know. One could probably even use this poncho as a tarp at a campsite I think. As for me again, I haven't actually used it in the rain yet, I'll have to try to remember to come back with an update later on how that goes. Other than that, shipping was quick for this item and it was packaged nicely by amazon. I would recommend these ponchos to anyone looking for one, although if you're short and petite, I might suggest getting a youth size, which may fit better.

I bought this in 2016 to use at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Let me tell you, this little beauty was a Godsend. I waited at least an hour in a torrential downpour waiting to see Stevie Wonder, before the show was cancelled due to flooding. If I hadn't had this, I would have been a drowned rat and miserable. It's light enough to carry around even if the weather's nice, and folds small enough to place in a medium size purse. May not be very stylish, but it does the job! Very thankful it saved me from being a soggy mess.

I have an executive meeting every month and, as the secretary, I have to produce a gift bag befitting the theme for the month. My boss usually chooses a theme befitting the month of the meeting, which makes it a tad easier. For our April meeting, I was stumped. I started thing spring, BBQs, picnics... then I thought of April showers. :)My "swag bag" was was an insulated lunch box with items for wet weather, including this poncho. The feedback about them was very positive. Most people had never considered rain ponchos, and most said they were going to get more and add them to their emergency backpacks. Obviously a hit!

Good quality poncho
These worked great for our trip to Disney, Husband and I both had one. I guess my complaint is more of a poncho in general. They tend to rush all the water down to the end like a gutter rainspout might do and then it all drips down your legs and into your shoes etc. But they help the rest of you from getting soaked and your back pack can fit under neath but if you are a bigger person or have a big backpack on just know it will ride up in the back so keep that in mind. But for the money this is a well made product and no noticeable off-gassing or smells common with many plastic materials. and high quality fabric that should hold up to some use. Not just a one time use item like those cheap ones that are basically a garbage bag.
