Seems to be good quality. Fit my walker perfectly as they were both made by the same company. Fits a water bottle and room for keys and wallet or mail.

It attaches well, hangs nicely, looks good. Unfortunately I had to return the walker it was meant to be used on. It is nicely made and Will hold quite a bit.
