Cleans cashmere and woollens the best, leaves a beautiful scent

Although this is a little expensive a little goes a long way. My woollens including cashmere garments came out really soft. Delivery was quick. Would buy again, a useful product for special items of clothing.

Before discovering No.3 I had wasted a lot of time and money (not to mention the environmental impact) taking cashmere items to be dry cleaned– but this product cleans your delicates beautifully and gives you peace of mind that you’re not going to ruin them!! I have used it both as a hand wash and in the hand wash setting on my washing machine. The delicate smell is amazing and no issues with sensitive skin. And it is the only cashmere wash I’ve found which is fully plastic free. I use this and my eco egg for environmentally friendly clothes washing.

My puppy peed on my brand new beautiful sofa and even professional cleaning companies said they couldn't remove the stain. I used this product with cold water, and when I wrung out the cushion cover the water was dark. I couldn't believe the stain just lifted out like that. My beautiful cushion cover has been rescued without expensive dry cleaning or having to have new covers made!

Bought this to clean a cashmere jumper I was super scared of washing. It ended up being super effective and made the jumper really soft and clean. My only downside it's that there are no other alternatives of scent, I would prefer an odourless or less strong smell. It was really easy to use in hand wash and instructions where very clear. I wish it was not as expensive since it's a really small bottle, but effective non the less. It made my jumper feel really fresh and looks great.

Perhaps it’s my own fault for washing my cashmere cardigans in the washing machine on delicate wash, but by the time they came out the lovely smell had completely vanished. I might as well have used a much cheaper wool wash product. Maybe that doesn’t happen if you wash by hand. I shan’t be buying it again, even though it did the job fine.

I liked this - easy to use and smells gorgeous. It felt gentle and I am optimistic it will help keep my cashmere looking good for longer. Not cheap but you don’t need much.
