I'm very happy with this coffee. The quality of the beans is good and consistent, no discolored or bad looking beans. The flavor is what I'd call complex. I like it, but in the end it's a matter of personal preference. It roasts evenly.

I roast these to just before second crack and then use them as espresso beans. They require a fine grind and the result is a rich, delicious near-chocolate flavor with a hint of acid. My thanks to the many people that makes this experience possible.

I enjoy roasting this coffee . It doesn't matter if it is a light roast or dark roast this coffee is great.

This bean is consistently great. I roast slightly over first crack and before second crack.

Something is off about these beans. This is the first time that I have ordered green coffee beans from amazon and from this distributor. I use a Baratza Encore grinder that is working quite fine with other roasts. I've roasted two batches of this coffee and for some odd reason my grinder is unable to gring the roast except at an exceptionally course grind that makes an undrinkable cup if coffee, even in a french press. Are the beans too dense? I dont know.

Thought it might be only so-so bean but this has a wonderful winey taste and when roasted to second crack not much beyond.

As a home roaster, it is a pleasure to have access to a variety of consistently high quality green bean, and Martini comes through each and every time. As a lover of exceptional coffee, sharing this coffee with others brings gives me a sense of satisfaction.I enjoy trying out other beans from other companies with varying results, but I always come back to Martini beans as a tried and true.
