Decent
I was able to make maybe 50-60 small shiratama mochi balls out of one package. They were easy to make and tasted good.

Terrible. Came as a hardened clump
The item I received had obviously been exposed to a great deal of moisture. It was no longer rice flour. It was a solid hardened clump of plaster by the time I received it. It was disgusting and could not be used. Unfortunately it couldn't be returned as a food item where returns were not accepted. So I ended up wasting $10 on something that went straight into the trash.

Hard to find so this worked out great to order on Amazon!
Worked great even though it looked old, it wasn't. It's just crumbly before water is added.
