A great phone for a great price
My wife had the Moto Z3 and a couple of the attachments for it. We wanted to be able to still use those attachments so Verizon could only recommend the Z4 but that we would have to go online to purchase it as they no longer sell it in their stores. Found it online for decent price and seems to be a great replacement and my wife enjoys it.

Good phone
So far so good. Finally updated from a Droid Turbo 2 and it has been an easy transition. Updates allowed more apps to be functional too.

Works great dropped it many times on floor and even in the drive way and didnt crack even tho i didnt have a screen protector

This phone has issues with GPS and connectivity during phone calls.
I do like the Moto mod options. This particular Moto z4 has continuous issues with connectivity and missed calls that do not show on the phone list. This phone has issues with GPS and connectivity during phone calls.

Lasted 6 months
Bought this for my 88 year old husband because he has the added speaker and needed an additional speaker for his hearing loss! Lasted exactly 6 months and the internal speaker went out and was declared broken by a Verizon technician! Was looking to buy it again but found a brand new one on eBay!

Product was bad
Have another one and it's fine I realized at purchase time that it had been renewed or reconditioned my item came the screen had screen burn on it spoke with the company I got it through on here they were going to warranty it and I sent it back got shipped back to me damaged so much for the one-year warranty they offered because they sent me a phone that was not good to begin with so now I just have to bend over and take it
