BalanceFrom Anti-Burst and Slip Resistant Fitness Ball with Pump

Item showed up as expected. There was no way for me to size the ball to make sure I was inflating it enough/too much (in my experience, there is usually a tape that wraps around the ball included with it. This did not have that). There also seems to be a minor gouge in the material on the bottom. I'm concerned this will make the ball weak, but have not experienced any problems yet.The foot pump is the standard cheap pump that comes with these.Update 1/20/2016: While I still have no idea whether or not the ball is inflated properly, it has been a few months and the gouge that I was previously concerned about has not proven to be a problem. After the initial pump up, this will deflate a little and need another fill up. Since then, I have not had any problems with air loss above and beyond what is normal in my experience. The pump survived 3 fills now.Update 5/31/2015This is my second exercise ball. After attempting to use the 75 cm as a desk chair for months (I normally purchase this size with other brands) I finally decided to get the 65 cm. I don't know why the 10 cm makes a big difference, but with other balls I normally have to go up a size but with this one I guess that was unnecessary. . I can sit on this one and have my feet lie flat on the ground.I received the same pump and again I did not receive a sizing tape. The ball is inflated and I've only had to re-inflate once. The tool that comes with these is really super handy, I wish the balls I tried in the past had one but it really makes reinflating due to stretching a breeze.I've been trying to improve core strength, whether or not sitting on it all day long actually makes any improvements... I don't know. What I do know is that my Fitbit counts a step for every 2 bounces so that motivates me to bounce around a bit during the day and I figure it can't hurt to get in a little extra movement. Overall, very pleased with these products.

I am giving this product a five star rating since it looks good and feels like the ball is well made. I ordered color black but when I received the item it is actually dark gray not really black in color, not like the color in the picture, which I don't really mind at all. I particularly bought this because it has the non slip feature and it is working well for me. The foot pump is something very helpful, imagine pumping this ball in 75 cm size by hand, I don't think you'll like that. The ball has good thickness, very round, it holds air nicely. I sit on this ball almost the whole day in my office, although I don't recommend sitting on it for long hours because you'll eventually feel some pain specially on your tail bone area and possibly your back too so make sure to switch the ball with the normal chair. Oh, BTW, unless you already know what size you want please don't order bigger size than what's recommended for you. I ordered 75 and I'm only 5'5" in height and it's too big for me so I deflated it to 65 cm instead. The only thing I don't know yet is the durability of this product. I will update this review after few months, I will see if it still has the same feeling to it, if it still holds up well and hopefully the anti-burst is really burst resistant.

The only reason why I did not give this ball five stars is, because it is not 75 cm in any dimension. I can only assume that it is the diameter they are talking about, not the circumference, neither the radius. For the radius, it would measure much more, and for the diameter, it measures about 12-15 cm less. So, realistically, it should be labeled as 60 cm. I have another ball from a different brand, also labeled 75 cm, and that one is definitely bigger.Other than that, it is a great ball. It is certainly robust, and very well made. I use it with my yoga students, for core strengthening, balance, arm strength and other exercises. I also use it in work with restorative practices. It comes with the foot pump, and a few replacement plugs, for which there will never be any use in all likelihood, as they don't pop out and disappear. So, unless you deflate it, and then lose the pin, there is no need for another one. The little "tool" to retrieve the plug from the inflated ball is useless, as it does not have the leverage to pry the plug out from an inflated ball. Use the dull side of a table knife (NOT a steak knife, lol), where you have a long handle to get leverage.

The BalanceFrom ball turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, as at first I was concerned that it would be too tall. It is the tallest one (I believe) that they offer, at 75cm. I wanted a ball that I could use for exercise and double as a desk "chair" for my many hours at the computer during the day--wanting to keep the blood circulating and maybe burn a few more calories bouncing and balancing. It turned out to be perfect for my new chair--my previous ball was 65cm and not quite tall enough to use for that purpose. I gave that one to my girlfriend for our exercise program- her last one at 55cm was just too small for her at 5'4" I am about 5'9" tall and the ball serves it's double purpose well. I like the height much better than the 65cm for my exercises, although that' my personal preference--I could have stayed with the 65cm for the exercises. At my height, could have used either. If you are any taller than 5'9" I'd probably suggest going with the 75cmI've had the ball for just about 2 months now, and it is holding up very well. It is holding the air just fine, and seems to be well made and very strong.It didn't take too much time to pump up and was fairly easy to do. I use it just about every day, and would highly recommend it.

LOVE this exercise ball, I've delivered two months ago, so it's not easy to go to the gym any time I want, that's why I bought this ball, I'm using it at home and I really like it, it's a better quality than the ones in the gym. I HIGHLY recommend this product!
