Mechanix Wear MGT-08-009 Safety Gloves

I love Mechanix gloves and have used them for work for years. I bought two pairs to replace the single pair I wore out over the winter. The touch feature works well and is something I need as a supervisor using an iPad in sub-zero temps. Note, these are not insulated...but it's better than anything else I've used.Unfortunately, they do not last overly long. Within a couple days, the seam between my thumb and forefinger came apart. They are still completely usable, but this is the reason I dropped from 5 to 3 stars. They are work gloves and should reflect that in design.

Good gloves but I always wear medium with this brand and these are too small. Buy a size up and you'll love them

Fit snugly on my hands. Very well made and tough enough in the garage and machine shop.Even with moisture or grease on the specially lined finger tips, I can still use my iPhone 5S which also has the protection of screen protectors.Worked everywhere for me this cold snowy winter in New York. Both outdoors and in the subways.

Both thumb seams already coming apart, other than that not bad gloves for smartphone but not real durable thanks but no thanks

True to fit if you size them according to the size chart on the Mechanix website. They won't keep your hands too warm during 20-30 degree weather. Excellent maneauverability on my iPhone 5S. Two issues I had were, seam came undone in between thumb and index finger, and the right gloves pinky was slightly rotated.

I bought these during a Black Friday sale, directly from Mechanix's website. I felt it was so necessary to write a review that I headed over to good Ol' Amazon to leave one, since you can't leave one on Mechanix. The gloves do run tight, but with the velcro it stays firmly on. These gloves should be able to operate a touch screen smartphone, but in reality its hit or miss.But the real reason in leaving feedback is the horrific side label sewn into the glove. You see that half inch or so "M" logo, well while wearing these gloves, it's a constant reminder its there. It's as if the folks over at Mechanix want you to be reminded that you're wearing their fine product by a needle like jabbing every two seconds into the side of your hand. Awesome!You can't really cut the label on the inside to shorten it, nor remove it since it's sandwich between the top and bottom glove fabric. I'm so glad I bought two pairs of these!!!

perfect for working on the texas pipeline, able to use all of fingers well. Saved my hands this summer and fall will be ordering the winter version ASAP.

All of the Mechanix gloves are great!

作業中スマートフォンで何度も撮影を行うのでこのグローブを買いました。確かに操作はできますし非常に便利です。ですが、ちょっと小さめが好きな方や他のシリーズと同じ感覚でジャストサイズを選ぶと縫製が甘いせいか破れてしまいます。説明にも「※導電性アップとデバイスの正確なコントロールのため、全く新しいスリムフィット設計になり、他のMECHANIX WEAR商品に比べ、一回り小さめになっております。」とありますので注意です。まあ一回メカニクスグローブを使うと、他のグローブは使えなくなってしまうのは品質の良さのせいでしょう。大きな工業用チェーン等の油仕事は上に軍手を重ねて使っています。

スマホ対応とデザインに魅力を感じ購入しましたがやはりレビュー通りすぐに両手の親指のつけ根付近から破けてきました。私はバイクに乗る時用に購入したのでハードな、作業では一切使用していたせん。なのに、２〜３回の使用で画像の通りです。安い買い物ではなかったので捨てられずにその後２〜３回使用していますので今はしっかり両手の親指が取れそうです。ものすごくがっかりな商品でしたので皆さんお気を付け下さい。

グローブ自体のグリップが無いことに戸惑いました。あと、手首のマジックテープが真っ先に痛みます。

つけたままスマホ等の操作ができます。割と細かい作業もできて重宝しています。
