They are bright, they work really well, the only downside is when it is time to charge, its a little difficult to get the LED stick out far enough to charge it as the poi are actually rather sturdy. They are still good for beginners though. (although I would not call them soft). I am still a beginner, my brother is much more advanced, and these work well for both of us.

This isn't my best run. I just got them to learning their weight, balance and flow. Theses are amazing I love the weight, durability, and the coloring is amazing

Cheapest LED poi I could find and I am very happy, Pros: Poi are soft enough not to hurt u but tough enough for all sorts of contact poi moves. Charge lasts such a long time. Weighted so nice for one handed spirals and stalls and isolations are super easy! rope isn't too thick or too thin so good overall balance of tricks. Grips are very comfy. Comes apart easy and easily customizable. Cons: The poi themselves are slightly big. Also the LED isn't that powerful and the modes make no sense, so switching through them to find what u want is a headache and takes forever (makes sense for the cheap price) There are no LEDs in the grips like it's advertised but you can put them in later. All in all, great practice poi :)

Everything arrived in time for Christmas, as described. I am really pleased with it and happy to upgrade my spinning. Charging etc seems difficult or weird at first but it got easier with time as I familiarized myself with it. First time using a (for me) heavy set but this also changed with practice. Weight significantly helps the flow and makes things so much easier. Reminder: This doesn't contain LED knobs, exactly as stated in the description. So, read the description first!

Use as an addition to juggling practice. These are well made, light and balanced. Good quality.

First of all, I will say I absolutely LOVE these set of Poi. Compared to the last set of custom poi I had purchased from darkmonk, these are more intuitive and easier to flow with. Weather thats the longer, or thicker tether (1/2" to 3/4") or just the shape and weight of the balls I'm not sure. But they feel amazing to flow with and think the default size they send you will be adequate for 90% of all spinners regardless of body size or style... THAT being said, and the reason I am giving them only 3/5 is because of the charging unit. This thing is INSANELY hard to get out of the socket. Even after watching the video on how to remove it and trying to copy the steps, this thing DID NOT budge... I had to push the rope so hard with my fingers they almost bled. I almost grabbed a pair of pliers and ripped out the unit before a friend convinced me harder to give it all my might... This is not a task for the feint of heart and I would not recommend to anyone looking for a quick or easy charge. I will be searching for another set of poi just because of this fact. After spinning for 2 hours the last thing I want to do is spend another 30 mins busting my phalanges,trying to push an oversized rope through a tiny plastic hole.

Got this set to get my man back into poi, after not doing it for 8+ years. He threw one in the pool the first day, and after soaking it in rice overnight it worked just fine. 10/10 definitely recommend

Pretty lame that all of the videos and pictures for this product she light up handles. But oh, you want those? Order them separate. The leashes are so loose, not tight strung at all makes these poi very hard to handle or manipulate. Do not order from ultra poi. You've been warned.
