I purchased this pan because the previous pan I was using for years just never really cooked the center of my pizzas very well. If fact if I didn't deviate from the cooking instructions the center of the pizza would come out raw!I was hesitant to purchase this pan because in the description it said you would get "crispy" crust. I have never really been a fan of crispy crust on pizza, but I like raw crust even less!Enter the Beasea Pizza Pan, with this pan I can follow the cooking directions exactly and the pizzas come out perfectly! The crust is cooked completely and it's not too crisp, just the way I like it.As far as maintenance and durability, I am taking extra precautions to keep this pan in good shape. Obviously when the pan first arrived it was immaculate. The pan warped after use due to the heat, which I expected. To help make cleaning a snap, I place baking parchment on the pan before I place the pizza, and after the pizzas is cooked and has cooled I cut the pizza on a different surface to help prevent scratches.All in all I am very pleased with this pan and how it performs and I would recommend this pan to anyone who asks.

I bought this pan a while back and used it to cook pizza. It worked well. I then ordered another one so we can make two pizzas at a time and freeze the leftovers for future quick meals. Placing the frozen pieces of pizza on this pan at 420 degrees, makes the crust crispy again. It tastes as good as it did when first made.

Does a great job crisping the bottom crust without sogginess. You need to grease it however. Ignore the directions. I had to soak it overnight to get the crust off and use toothpicks in the holes.

I'm sure that I will raise more than a few eyebrows with this review! Before proceeding, please know that my pan was purchased for a housekeeping project, and I am MORE than happy with the outcome. I wanted a way to store cat litter in a reasonably attractive container next to the litter box. My container of choice is a simple trash can that I have had for many years......Enter the need for a lid....need I say: pizza pan? After taking measurements and studying what is available, I settled on this particular pan, for its shape, looks and sturdiness compared to my trash can and my intended use of it. Turns out it is a PERFECT FIT EITHER WAY that I place it on top of my can (it is the most secure placed upright over the can opening, so that if my cat, Sherlock, decides to be his detective-self and sit on it, he won't fall through or slip off). And, of course, the air holes are PERFECT for good air circulation for the litter itself. I just could not be happier that this project, which has been on the shelf for about 2 years, is now complete and looking great! I am now the envy of all room designers who do not know how to store litter attractively in plain sight!! So, Thank you, new friends at Beasea!!!
