Dwyer® Vaneometer Swing Vane Anemometer, 480, 25-400 FPM

I got the vaneometer to measure air flow from my operating room into the adjoining hallway so I could document it for the Medicare surveyors. It works perfectly. Inexpensive, easy to operate - it is exactly what we needed.

We use the Vaneometer to do visual demonstrations of our negative pressure isolation rooms. This is great to teach new employees how a negative pressure room works. It works great and helps us verify that our rooms are working as designed.

unit works great and was a super price. the only issue I had was not with the unit but with Amazon problem using my gift card. It took 3 times talking with them be fore they correct the problem.

This item comes will all mounting hardware, easy to install, works well; shows good detection of negative air flow.

Although a little "cheesy", it works as intended and gets the job done. Much less expensive than other devices that accomplish the same task. Good if you do not need a calibrated reading from a certified instrument. For ISO 9001/14001/17025 this is a good device to verify operation of exhaust hoods.

This is a very basic vaneometer, but it does what it needs to. No need for anything more complicated.

Great Product. I would love to get a calibration certificate.
