The Smurfs Dance Party - Nintendo Wii

So I purchased this as a Christmas Present, the kids were getting a brand new Wii and figured this game would keep them moving, which it does. Personally I don't think I've ever laughed so hard because of the kids reaction to the Gargamel they use in the video game. This actor does a great job at playing the creepiest looking Gargamel anyone could ever imagine! It's classic!

Very Fun!! Something for the whole family! The Smurf Dance Party has entertained ALL of my children (which is very hard to find)my 2 year old loves it! My 6 year old loves it! and Even my 13 year old son loves it! Great laughs too!!! Christmas day we even had Grammy dancing with the Smurfs! Great buy!

This game is fun and silly. My 4 year old loves it. He does pretty well there are 3 levels of songs.

Got this for our girls, 3&6; they watched the Smurf movie in theaters last month and just loved it, and I grew up with the SMurfs and always loved them. We also have Just Dance 2 and Just Dance Kids. The concept is the same as those dance "games"...some of the dances are really cute and the songs are funny (who let the smurfs out, I like to smurf it) and it makes my 3 yr old just laugh and laugh and she really tries to follow along with the dance...and some are just harder and ones I have never heard of before. Some of our other favorites are "We Have Us", "Boom Shak A Lak", and "Go Go Go Get It".There are some real annoying ones that we skipped after doing once (Barbara Streisand?? why is that in there?)For the price, I just kinda expected a little bit more but the girls love it and I will admit I do enjoy dancing to some of the songs. ITs also nice that the remote will vibrate in your hand if you get a "perfect" score, the girls really enjoy that and it helps them realize they are doing the moves right. I would recommend this to a Smurf fan...but try to get it on sale!

We gifted this wii dance game to two grandchildren ages 3 and 4.We have danced and danced to our new favorite song: "Who Let the Smurfs Out".It gets us up and moving and even the older children dance too.Lots of fun and all the songs are family friendly.

Make sure you use this with kids and only for kids I thought that I can go back in time and do some dances very confusing you can't try these with steps don't try this without kids make sure they watch The Smurfs before the movies before pushing this game you will not get it some of the dancers are all right but it's just make sure the kids seen the movie make sure you seen the movie make sure that you know your movies and that way you can learn the steps they're very weird but at least once you see the movies you would understand why music some of it you can relate to most of them you can't

This game had decent reviews before I purchased it - but I was honestly disappointed. In comparison to the Disney dance games - this one feels like a pure knock-off. The graphics and movements are on the cheesy side. The songs I'd give a 5 out of 10. There's just no excitement to them.... and maybe that's b/c the smurfs just can't bring the same movement level that the real kids do in the other games. Even when the other games are cheesy - it's a cutesy cheesy. The smurfs... again, just "ehh". My kids tried it two different times and walked away each time after only one song. Would I buy again or recommend it... absolutely not.
