### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tough Workout

The Zobi is unique to me. I had never heard of this before seeing it on Amazon. The texture of the Zobi allows you to firmly grip it while performing multiple exercises with the DVD that is included. I really enjoyed the Zobi/DVD combination. However, I am unable to locate a variety of ZOBI DVDs. I was able to find a few videos on You Tube.

I got this at a local store called Marshals for a great deal. I am excited to get back into shape with this. I have been looking into using medicine balls but to be honest, Those things are insanely expensive. I saw this and thought it looked promising. I got the 7lb. Yes it is heavy enough to give you a workout. The shape of it is Super nice. rather than a regular ball this unique shape makes it easy to hold and grip. The dvd workouts look Very promising. I can not wait to lose weight with this in addition to my Zumba dvd's.

I used the Zobi to do a workout at home.  I did the 9 or so exercises in the accompanying printout (2 rounds of 12 reps each) and it took about 25 minutes. I thought the weight was a little light for some of the exercises but I definitely worked up a little sweat by the end of the workout.  The Zobi was easy to use and store out of sight.
