I’ve been steadily replacing my supplements from other vendors with Doublwood’s, using a stack consisting of: CDP Choline Huperzine A 200mcg Uridine Monophosphate In my work I have to do 100s of calculations every hour, and have to check similar calculations from 2 team members in real time while juggling the demands of intoxicated patrons. As if that wasn’t enough, I am frequently called upon by my supervisor which patron spent how much money and their average spend within a 30 minute window in their absence. Prior to using this stack, half way through the night my mind would start turning to pudding resulting in mistakes and stress from confrontations I prefer to avoid. This supplement has an effect, however I found the effect not enjoyable. Its important that I say this is not a knock on the supplier they produced a good supplement, I enjoy a lot of their products The supplement made me feel a bit out of it. I took it with a choline and DHA, for the rest of the day I was really calm but i also didn't want to do anything. I didn't feel like myself until later tonight. Also a side note, somehow I missed the reports on this supplements side effect of blood sugar insulin resistance. Im already fighting with blood sugar insulin resistance so even if I wanted to give the supplement a longer try I don't think it would be a good idea for me. Im very happy that this supplement helps a lot of people, I truly think that's wonderful. As for me I won't continue taking it. Again this is what happen to me, however, whoever is reading this you may have a much better experience and I hope you do

I am very satisfied to say that Uridine is a great supplement for the brain. It is safe and I can feel it happen clear my mind. It improve your mood as well, probably it releases dopamine which also helps you to get motivated which can help you in work or projects or a long run. I have try taking one a day and sometime twice with the second before sleep. I do not see any problems with sleeping with Uridine but I always take L-Theanine which calms and relaxing not like a drug but a natural feeling. Combining Uridine with a Choline like Alpha GPC is with B Complex and Omega 3 will provide a good stack for a busy mind day. But Uridine is a great way to start looking at trying something that can help cognitive improvements, rather if you are young or for sure if you are getting older.

I bought this because Uridine can help help with making new connections in the brain. My daughter has a lot of trouble paying attention and learning new things. The difference between before taking this and after is startling. She's learned more in the past three weeks then the past few years. However I checked the ingredient list today and the bottle I received has vegetable stearate listed so we won't be buying again. I should have checked before I fed it to her but the listing shows no vegetable stearate.

Have bought this 13+ times, I stack it with CDP Choline to counteract the dulling effects associated with adderall.
