Natural Cure Labs L-Lysine + Monolaurin 600mg 1:1 Ratio, 100 Capsules

I have the lauricidin brand monolaurin pellets and NOW brand l-lysine tablets, both of which are higher strength per dose than this product, however my issue is keeping consistent with them. What's the point of having "max strength" if I'm not taking it? I liked that this is a 2 in 1 supplement. I have HSV2 and was 1 day into an active breakout prior to receiving this in the mail. I've taken 2 capsules 3 times daily over 3 days, and the morning of the 4th day it has cleared. I like l-lysine and monolaurin much better than prescription suppressants that will over time harm my liver. I feel it is more effective since (when taken regularly) it supports a healthy immune system and keeps me from getting sick (which can cause an outbreak). Prescription suppressants can't do that. Not to mention the potential of building a tolerance to it, thereby lowering its effectiveness. These capsules are normal in size and easy for me to swallow, but I don't have an issue with that, even for horse pills. Although the strength is less per dose compared to my NOW l-lysine and the monolaurin pellets, taking these 3x a day (1800 l-lysine + 1800 monolaurin) during an outbreak offered the same recovery time as taking 2 l-lysine tablets and 1 scoop of the pellets (2000mg llysine + 1000mg monolaurin). I appreciate the cost as well and think it's a good value, cheaper by about half than the pellets alone. Nothing wrong with the stuff I already have and will certainly continue to take them here and there until I run out. After that, I plan to use these exclusively.

Started taking them 2 days now, both bottles came sealed and the pills are easy to swallow. If I remember to provide an update, I will.

Love this product! I use it anytime I think I'm coming down with something and I swear it helps. Easy to swallow not big capsules and the price points is great too

I use 3 a day. I love what they have done for me. I feel a lot better. It took maybe 2 days for my body to adjust to something new but was easy peasy. This is the only brand I trust!
