It came very quickly, full instructions, plugs in easily and hey presto, a quiet fountain that lasts about 3-4 days without having to refill.You do need to clean it thoroughly about once a week, otherwise the water will start to stagnate at the bottom, and the filters need to be replaced on a regular basis...but that only shows what 'crap' comes out of our taps! I fill it up with filtered water as we live in a hard water area.All in all, extremely pleased with it and so are the cats! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing *by L***J on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 February 2021* Had this for over 5 months now and it's still working brilliantly. My kitten would not TOUCH still water in a bowl and this was the only thing she woukd drink from. Now she is 7 months old, and i see her drink from it multiple times a day. Her coat is beautiful and she is very healthy! The filters last about a month as long as you rinse them when you clean out the tank and refill. She goes to the toilet 3 times a day and pees a LOT which is great. I'd HIGHLY recommend it for any cat or kitten owner, could save you a lot of money at the vets in the long run too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Decent unit *by C***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 June 2020* This is a pretty decent unit. However the cats it was bought for took some getting used to it- I think because it makes a pretty loud hum when you get close to it (which is audible if the room is totally silent, but can't be heard over a TV). The blue flower attachment doesn't make a trickling noise, which is great, because nobody needs to be running to the loo 40 times a day! It's a bit of a faff to clean- and needs cleaning out at least every few days or the pump and sponge start gathering slime.
