This mouse looks unique and it is. This mouse is for the serious gamer who needs buttons on their mouse to do several things. The quality is superior to any other gaming mouse I have ever tried.

Double click issue and click and hold issue with left mouse button out of the box. Front thumb button is mushy.

Bad quality, horrible support. After less than a year the left mouse click stopped responding. After a few days of trying to use it anyway, the button came loose from its frame and pieces of plastic fell out. Support refuses to admit there's a problem and keeps accusing me of intentionally disassembling the mouse myself and trying to give me a coupon to buy another one. These people do not stand behind their products. I spent years waiting for the Pro X3 to be available in the US and after 11 months it's destroyed and my choices are to buy another one at nearly full cost or to spend my money elsewhere. I am choosing the latter and if you're smart, you will too.

My first R.A.T. purchase was the 7 when it was new. It lasted over 8 years with no issues. Eventually, the left click started to double click when pressed. That mouse, when I bought it, was under $100. This was over $300, and i'm experiencing the double click issue within the first month of owning it. Not at all impressed, and about to send it back

I bought this super expensive RAT not even one year ago. This model was my dream mouse. I cant even describe how dissappointed I was when the mouse wheel clicker (not the scrolling wheel) started to not always react to my input anymore only 1 day after I got it! I got in contact with customer service and they told me it was a software problem. gave me tons of options to fix it. nothing worked. By that time I couldn't return it thru amazon anymore. Then the wheel clicker completely stopped working. all this was within the first 2 months I had this mouse. yesterday- not even a year later another button broke. I am pissed. I cant believe I already have to replace this damn thing in such a short time. If you like the shape of the RAT or the 3 thumb-buttons get a cheaper model. this model is not worth the money. p.s. tried replacing the left thumb attachment with the wider one that came with it. button still doesn't work - that means something with the actual mouse broke.

I have had this mouse replaced 3 times. Every single one of them have been broken in the same way. The mouse wheel is insanely sensitive. Light impacts to the mouse will register as scrolling. These impacts can be something as simple as lifting the mouse and placing it back down on the mousepad. This makes gaming completely impossible. While playing the mouse will scroll up and down outside of your control. I have been unable to fix it myself, and customer support never replied to my e-mail, nor did they reply on social medias.

Es ist eine richtig gute und präzise mouse, man hat viele makro Funktionen so wie einstel Möglichkeiten für jeden individuelle benutze diese mouse hauptsächlich zum Spielen und war schon von dem Vorgänger model extrem begeistert kann ich nur empfehlen ist halt nur im Vergleich zu den anderen gaming mouse sehr teuer 😄

Quality is awesome, Mouse as expected, One of the best mouse with tons of customisation. Though Hex key and cleaning brush is missing from package. Package was sealed and doesn't seem like opened. 4 star for Mad Catz , 1 less because of seller

Très bon matériel, matériaux de qualité, clics gauche et droits séparés du corps de la souris, légère.... Le côté ergonomie adaptative est un peu surfait(2700 combinaisons.... Uéuéué ^^) Ne conviendra pas à toutes les mains. Les 3000hz de polling fonctionnent parfaitement, et ajoutent encore à la fluidifié dans les mouvements de souris. Enfin une souris capable de rester précise et sans parasites dans les petits mouvements lent à 12000dpi.... :D :D Un peu chère cependant...

Mit dem Kauf der "Pro X3" habe ich eine eine Maus mit hoher Qualität erwartet die den Preis von 220€ rechtfertigt, nach nur wenigen Stunden Gebrauch macht sich aber ein nerviges Verhalten durch ein "Revolutionäres Scrollrad" bemerkbar. Es macht was es will; kleinste Erschütterungen, Anheben und Absetzten der Maus, reichen bereits aus, dass das Mausrad reagiert. Positiv: 1. Viele Möglichkeiten die Maus umzubauen und an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anzupassen. (nicht genug, siehe Negativ Punkt 2) 2. Mit der Software (erschien viel zu spät am 21.6.19, Monate nach ersten Verkäufen) lässt sich die Maus auch in ihren digitalen Features einstellen (RGB, Abhebehöhe, DPI und mehr) 3. Mausrad-Widerstand lässt sich einstellen (von nicht bemerkbar bis hin zu so-schwer-zu-drehen-dass-man-eher-die-mittlere-Maustaste-drückt-als-auch-nur-ein-mal-zu-scrollen) alle Einstellungen verhindern aber nicht Negativ Punkt 1. Neutral: 1. Gutes aussehen (für ein Objekt das größtenteils durch die Hand verdeckt wird aber nicht von größter Priorität) 2. Maus ist, entgegen meiner Erwartung, sehr klein (die ohnehin schon kleine R.a.t.TE (2015) ist ein Riese dagegen) Negativ: 1. Mausrad scrollt bei Erschütterungen 2. Mehrere Handflächenauflagen: Hoch (zu hoch) und Niedrig Solide/Niedrig mit Aussparungen (zu niedrig). (eine mittlere Höhe wäre bei dem Preis wohl auch zu viel verlangt) und Diese lassen sich auch nicht sehr weit in der Länge einstellen, meine Finger ragen, bei maximal eingestellter Länge, vorn über die Tasten hinaus. Fazit: Maus nach nur einer Woche zurückgeschickt. Eine (Gaming)maus die die aus heiterem Himmel scrollt ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Nachgereichter Pluspunkt: In Egoshootern wird man zum Pazifist da man dauerhaft die Waffen wechselt und nie zum Schießen kommt.

acheté le 20 aout, au bout de deux jour la souris s'eteint sans raison apparent. j'envois un mail au support. il me demande une video de la souris qui ne fonctionne pas. je fait donc une video avec la souris qui ne fonctionne pas et mon ancienne souris qui elle fonctionne. ils ont mis en cause mon pc( de branché la souris sur un usb 3.0, que quelque fois le changement de composant pc pouvais faire bugger la souris, etc). je fait donc une autre video sur un autre ordi, ils ont encore mis en cause le pc (me demandant de désinstallé le pilote entre autre). je l'ai retourné et demander le remboursement. c'est dommage car j'aimais bien la marque, la forme notamment, et j'ai encore le souvenir de ma RAT 7 que j'affectionner particulièrement. A la base je voulais juste un remplacement, a jouer comme ça, je me suis fait donc remboursé.
