Very effective
This supplement really seems to make a difference. I have osteoarthritis in my knee (moderate) and used to take a lot of anti-inflammatories to keep the pain under control. I’ve been able to manage without anything since taking this. On my second month now.

They are not that stting
I haven’t notice a difference while taking these I had stronger ones from Holland and narrated and they really worked but unfortunately stopped making them so that why I tried these but not good.
