The Brass body and stainless steel metering parts permit machining to close tolerances for precision and consistently high performance. Brass transmits heat fast from the nozzle face to reduce the possibility of varnish and oil residue buildup. Stainless steel provides that extra durability for metering parts where wear is a factor.

Worked Great.
I used this to replace a different nozzle. This was the size called for on the side of the burner, but not what was installed, and I wasn't sure how it would turn out but it works brilliantly and I saved a few hundred over calling out a furnace tech. The old one was plugged up and burning rough.

I've been using another brand of furnace nozzle for years and always had a rumbling noise when the furnace first started. I don't knew what the difference is but this one is totally quiet .

Perfect
This one works perfectly! I unscrewed the old one and put in the new, and it went right in! Wow! So simple! AND it is still working. I'll never use a cheap substitute to power my furnace again! And that little filter on the end probably has other uses as well, if I could just figure out what?

Besides slow shipping no issues.
Product is fine no issue, only downside is that shipping is slow, 10 days in my case. As ling as you dont need it in a hurry its fine.
