It's a good product
The cover was cheap so we put the one on it from our old hating pad. It was stiff until it was used, then it became nice and soft. I like to go to sleep with it on so I am glad that it turns itself off after an hour.

Quality has gone down
Not as good as the quality of old kaz heating pads. The cover is really thin. There is a sharp piece of plastic that connects the pad to the wire coming out that constantly ponches you b/c it's hanging out of the pad cover. Wish I'd bought a different one instead. Positives: -nice 4 heat control - auto turn-off if you fall asleep with it on, or if you walk away from it

faulty wiring
flame popped out of wiring next to on off button - and now has exposed wires. have had a long time and worked well until that. dangerous!
