    A Wonderful, Non-Sugary Alternative to Mainstream Sports Hydration

BioSteel tastes great.  While I would advise very occasional use on extended water fasts, this product does come in handy during the very mild ketogenic acidosis that occurs with fasting.  Eases body stress and symptoms, and speeds recovery.Otherwise, this is excellent for recovery and hydration after a sweat.  Long workouts, hot tubbing or sauna... use BioSteel in any circumstance you'd normally use Gatorade or Powerade.Your hormones will thank you.

We have moved to a dry climate and I’m a runner. I drink a glass of Biosteel every morning that I work out and I find that I perform better and stay hydrated throughout my workout better. I like the taste and it dissolves with little effort. A little pricey but I think it’s worth it. (I just ordered more today, I’m almost out.😊)
