These are delicious. Best I have ever had. The sprouting really helps the texture. They are typically a bit chewy otherwise. And organic means "poison-free". So it's a freaking win win.

These are pretty delicious. I purchased these sprouted pumpkin seeds for their health benefits and because of that I expected them to have a somewhat unappealing or acquired taste. Somehow these sprouted seeds taste better than another bag of unsprouted pumpkins seeds I purchased at the sand time. Frankly these are the best pumpkin seeds I’ve eaten. The only questionable part is how sprouted they are since many seeds don’t show signs of sprouting but that might just be my ignorance. Wow are they tasty.

I usually buy the regular pumpkin seeds that aren’t sprouted & with no salt. I eat some everyday to help with IBS-C. They actually help. I thought I’d try these this time, as I figured they tasted better with a little sea salt on them. They do. They taste much better, but I have not had the same out come with these, as I did with the no salt, & not sprouted. It may just be my system, but I plan to go back to the ones I use to buy. I wish these worked as well for my needs, because they are actually delicious & desirable. They are great quality, fresh & I feel a good buy for the price & how many you get in a bag.
