Really pleased with the quality. I use this in various baked goods, and they all come out tasting great. Good price per ounce compared to other sellers, and the size of the bag is perfect for people who use coconut on a regular basis like we do. No added sugar or chemicals, either, so I don't feel bad eating it. Will buy again.

I've got to start this on off with the premise, I'm not a coconut fan, I don't dislike it, but it isn't a flavor set I choose. We had a pest of a problem, a mouse got into a cabinet and got into her coconut she was planning to make cookies with. I bought this one on 'try that one' pick to replace what went to compost and I got a good pick. She looked it over, reading - saying what she thought to find but didn't and when she tasted it, her face lit up and the head-bob, Approved! She says it's one of the best she's had, and I know that has been a lot of them. It's ideal on all aspects for her cookie baking task, so I'm calling it a win.

I make my own coconut milk and this is the brand I use. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it used to leave a thick layer of coconut fat at the top of the milk, but now it only leaves a layer of foam. But still tastes the same. Not sure what changed. I've tried a couple of other brands, but this one has the most coconut taste and it's organic. I'd give it 5 stars if it had the coconut fat again.

Great for making coconut fat bombs for keto diet (1 cup this, 1 cup coconut butter, 4 tbsp coconut oil, mix into dough, make into balls, roll balls into shredded coconut, stick in fridge) Satisfies that sugary craving during the diet. I might try using this to bread white fish and fry in avocado oil. I'm like a mad scientist trying different things because it's nice to have options when on a bland diet.
