Just as expected. No broken elastic and Grandson loved them. arrived on time and undamaged. Not sure what else I can say.

One size party hats. Ideal for children. The print and colours are great the material is as expected a hard paper almost card like. The come nicely packaged and easy to use. There are issues with some elastic snapping. Easy to fix back in with tape or a staple.
