They claim you have to take the grill slates out before you put it on but that makes no sense considering it has nothing to do with the top part that is catching. Just their way of not admitting they are wrong. Gets stuck on the top right no matter if there’s a slate inside the grill or not. Great looking item but poor design and customer service.
