Package showed up 2 days early. One small rip in box but unaffected the rack. Everything was well packaged and placed. All parts and simple directions were included. I have a 2011 Nissan Titan Pro4x and it fit perfectly. Not all nutserts were able to be used due to how the bed rails are made. But super happy with the look and fitment. I’ll add a picture later if needed.

This rack was a lot less than some of the similar products I had looked at purchasing. I received it in a timely manner and packaged very well. The directions are less than I had expected and it did not include an nursert tool to install the included rivnuts. Nothing to worry about just purchase one on Amazon. It took 3 hours to install and overall I am pleased.

Came with good looking welds, no rust, and no bent mounting pieces. fits as advertised.

When I reached out to them they were very rude refused to work with me. The product came damaged and they ignored me as customer. The powder coat or paint is very cheap and the hardware didn’t fit well. Need extra hardware to install

It looks good but is not meant for a 2019 Silverado RST. You’ll see by the pic that it doesn’t fit the bed. Not sure why the company that installed it went ahead with installation without notifying me of this. Still looks good. Another pic shows the rack isn’t flat on an end. It also came with rust dust on it and scratched in one area. Gotta keep it since it’s installed though.

The quality isnt there for the price. I thought I could “snug” the bottom plates of the roll bar to my bed. Hiding the Unevenness of the steel plates that bolt to the bed. Nope. I torqued it down to the bed so tight my nutserts striped out. Cool design but I’m really upset that I not only put 10 drill holes in my bed and rail caps but I spent so much time just trying to make it look halfway decent. I should have invested a little bit more and went with something better. It also completely hides your third brake light on a 2013 Silverado 1500 so you have to wire something up or face a ticket.

Arrived ahead of time with no damage. An easy install with some careful measurements on the Tundra. I used nuts and bolts as I don’t trust the rivets . Quality of the rack is great and seems heavy duty.

Looks good, fits good, seems strong and sturdy, I added some additional rubber gasket to prevent chafing however after only a couple months some rusting is visible on the welds and tubing. Will Definitely need to be cleaned and rust proofed annually. That’s the only real disappointment.

Installed chase rack today does not come with jack nut tool. I used nut and bolt as clearance is tight. On my 12 raptor took out of the bag noticed rust dust ? Grabbed the side s of the rack there is more than a little bit of rust scale Can here it inside the tube the actual mounting surface. Looks like 10 gage no thick enough to also mount a tire. To and when bolted down it does not sit flat not even close. They should probably do a little more r&d I love the big tube old school look. And all the light mounts. I’d say it’s a 6.5 -7. Would be a 10 if they just spent a little more on material it did work well with my roll up toneau cover.
