Good Quality and Great Value
I’ve been using this turmeric powder in smoothies and cooking, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. The flavor is rich and earthy without being too strong, and a little goes a long way. The 2-pound bag is a great value for the price, especially since it lasts such a long time even with regular use. Like with some of their other products, the resealable bag isn’t the best. It doesn’t always stay closed tightly, so I transferred the turmeric into another container to keep it fresh. Other than that small issue, I’m really happy with the quality. It blends easily into drinks, especially when paired with black pepper, and it’s simple to work into both sweet and savory recipes. For the amount you get and the quality, this is definitely worth keeping in your kitchen.

Organic turmeric and the price is right
I am a big fan of turmeric as I am convinced that it is terrific for my worn out joints. Especially my knees which have been tested heavily as the result of using my body in a long Construction career. My knees can sometimes get on fire as I call it. But this has not happened since I've been taking turmeric daily in a protein shake. So I swear by this stuff and this brand is organic making it even better and I will be using it for the rest of my life. It is an orange looking herb that is completely natural there is no drugs involved and it controls and alleviates all my knee pain. I am not a doctor or Healthcare practitioner trying to recommend her cure anyone of anything here. These are simply my own opinions from my own research and your results May Vary. But if you have some pain try turmeric.

works on dog better than me
I got this for me to see if it might help with some inflamatory pain. It may have a slight help but not much. However I tried it on a 15 year old dog who was having trouble getting on the bed...after about a week she was hopping on and off. A year later and now 16 year old Lola is still getting around. She won't last much longer but I'm grateful for the extra time. I forgot to give her some for a few days and noticed the difference but after a few days back on it she was again getting up on her own. Annecdotal yes but seems very promising. I mix a tablespoon or two with a little butter and sugar and black pepper and she yums it up - she's about 40lbs. I'm going start trying it on a 13 year old dog who is getting a bit stiff lately. I really like the taste mixing some with black pepper, coco, sugar and milk makes a nice drink hot or cold. The results are too subtle to say it does anything for me medically but it does make a nice alternative to tea. Update: well I did it again my 15 year old dog (vizsla/beagle cross) was doing so well I again forgot to give it to her and she slowly got stiffer. She's now been back on for a few days and improving again. I finally just started my 13 year old golden retriever on it mixed with a little butter and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper (necessary for proper absorbtion) and she loves it...no need to add sugar for her. Also I give a small bit to my four year old standard poodle; he also just likes the butter and tumeric....I only give it to him so he feels included. Too early to say if it helps the retriever but I have hopes. Update again. I realized retriever was stiff because of swimming in cold water so she doesn't need tumeric yet (she needs a heated pool). I got hospitalized for 13 days (unplanned) and arranged for animal control to take care of my babies (they walked them every day). However Lola didn't get her tumeric. They came home happy but Lola was stiff and limping. I put her back on the tumeric and within a few days she was getting about like when she was ten years old. I'm more convinced than ever that the tumeric works and has bought Lola time to enjoy a longer life.
