All I can say is don’t be fooled by the size of the bottle because, even with daily use, the liner lasts for ages. It goes on beautifully and the brush is lovely and fine. Sorry I can’t be of more help and I hope you manage to find the answer you’re looking for. **Q: How does it work on dark skin?** A: I use the blue colour, it's very nice and I'm a medium skin tone If this might help. **Q: Any tips on use? It smudges and clumps when used over anything creamy so I use it on bare skin only. Any other ideas?** A: Great quality liquid liner that gives a perfect line. I have had this now for at least 9 months and still goes on perfectly. I am currently using the royal blue and sometimes I add a line on top of my black eyeliner.
