Nu U do an excellent range of vitamins and supplements . These Apple Cider Vinegar are new Capsules that they have just brought out . I have just started to take them so it is too early for results . They were delivered quickly . Very easy to take , taste like the bottled apple cider vinegar , but will not rot your teeth like the liquid . Nu U give excellent customer service , if you need any advice , easy to email and reply quickly . They have many special offers .

These capsules have a great composition for anti-inflamatory and antioxidant benefits, which were the reasons I bought it. Capsules smell a bit bitter inside the bottle but are tasteless and easy to swallow. See picture attached for size. As all supplements only time will tell if they work. For now I didn't experience any side effects or discomforts while taking these for a couple of weeks. Good value for money too. And a brand I trust and have bought from many times over the years. Great!

They're easy to swallow which makes a nice change. They taste and smell less bad than some other apple cider vinegar tablets I've tried. But they don't actually have any effect.

I could not tell, did not bother me at all - easy way to take them instead by mouth

Usually I've got a really bad sweet tooth, but somehow this formula seems to suppress it. Cakes, biscuits, chocolate bars, I've not cut them out completely, but my ability to just have a small amount and be satisfied is just unheard of. Had to do some further reading about this to understand. Apparently cider vinegar has a modulating effect on insulin, which as we know this controls blood sugar. This supplement is definitely worth a go. Also I usually take this at breakfast time.

I have added this cider vinegar product to my lunch time supplement regime alongside caffeine, green tea, cherry and CLA's and it seems to be working a treat. There is a marked improvement in my leanness without any corresponding loss in weight. This is supported by mu fasting regime and regular training, four times a week, So it has to be a combination effect, But I am very happy with having the product in the mix. Only downside and the miss on the 'love it' rating is that I seem to get some re-flux if I have an acidic meal and I am guessing this is some kind of acid overload.
