Exactly what I was looking for. It is nice the clamp pieces are separate - the prior version was just an extension of the lid and prone to fall off after so many uses.

I bought these and the Rubbermaid 7J72s. I like the 7J72s better because they have the traditional tops instead of the locking ears. I understand that the locking ears are easier for opening and the gasket would make it appear that they seal better, but when storing the lids the ears just get in the way and make them harder to deal with. I guess it is just a matter of preference.I have not had any problems with leakage with the lids on the 7J72s, although they are obviously a bit less secure (unless the ear on these gets caught on something and unlocks, then whoops).

I needed a replacement. My current one has a lid that split at the corner. Time to replace it. I like the locking lid.

All the price is certainly not the cheapest out there, the durability is well worth the money. The size fits anything from leftovers, lunch to dinner. I have yet to experience one of them ever leaking. Great purchase.

We are vegan and I steam a bunch of potatoes at the beginning of the week to use all week long. This container is the perfect size to hold a full instant pot of steamed potatoes for use during the week. Saving an enormous amount of time for meal prep on a busy work night.
