Hexel Concentrated Household Cleaner
This product smells so good and cleans so well. It reminds me of a hospital clean smell. This bottle goes an extremely long way. Great to mop floors even musty carpets will get a clean smelling carpet. I use a mop that is rinsed clean with water and hexel concentrate. Simply mop the carpet clean free of smells.

Smells like I remember it.
I grew up with this cleaner. Whenever I use it, I know that my house is clean.

Solved my toilet algae problem! Scent isn't my favorite but I'm sold. It cleans great.
Solved my toilet algae problem! I've been having a problem with algae ring growth in all the toilets in the house. I've bleached them, I've used every toilet cleaner known to man. Nothing kept them algae free, other than bleach drop-ins, for more than 4-5 days. So far I have cleaned my toilets with Hexol twice and my algae problem appears to be basically GONE. Attached is a picture of my powder room toilet downstairs - one no one ever uses unless we have guests over for dinner or movies. Before Hexol, it would have an algae ring around the water line after 5 days. Here's what it looks like so far after 8 days without cleaning. (Someone lost a hair but I took the picture as-is to prove the toilet had not been cleaned.) Have changed nothing about my cleaning routine, the water in the house or the toilet except having started cleaning it w/ Hexol. As stated, I've cleaned it twice since buying the product. To clean the toilet, I use a regular toilet brush. I pour a few tablespoons of Hexol into the toilet, switch with the brush to get the Hexol mixed in and distributed up the sides of the toilet. I then walk away for 5-10 minutes, come back and scrub vigorously throughout the inside of the bowl and under the rim using the brush for a minute, flush and call it done. I'm not much on the "pine smell" but it does remind me of being at my grandmother's house as a kid. She used pine oil to clean all the floors and the bathroom. Scent or not, I

Sometimes old school is the only way to go
This has been around for as long as I remember. One of the last products that actually still contains pine oil. Pine sol doesn’t anymore. A little goes a long ways and the smell though smells a bit “institutional” it quickly disappeared. Good all around cleaner and disinfectant for the house. My only complaint though no fault of anybody but the state of California is how I had to buy a whole darn gallon cause they won’t allow the smaller bottles to ship here but the gallon can be shipped here. Stupid politics

Ahhhh...got the pine smell I've been missing! :)
My first time purchasing Hexol. I decided to order it after searching for a pine cleaner that actually SMELLS like pine. As others have mentioned, the leading pine cleaner that I grew up with has changed it's formula, but still uses the word "pine" on its products even though I can't detect ANY hint of pine. Well, my Hexol shipment was received in nearly perfect condition. Each bottle was individually wrapped and all six were packaged together in a separate cardboard box. The top was a little loose on one of the bottles, so a little leaked out, but it was caught in the plastic wrapping. No biggie. The only reason I noticed was because the plastic from that bottle was sticking to it...lol I immediately opened a bottle and poured a little in my toilet bowl to see if the water would turn white--the true test of a genuine pine cleaner...lol. It did, and I got the pine smell that I've been longing for!!! The smell immediately took me back to when my mom used to do the Saturday night deep cleanings after my siblings and I (all eight of us) had all gone to bed. Such nostalgia!! :') Thank you, Hexol, for the pine smell! Thank you, Amazon, for the careful shipping! Stay safe, stay healthy!! :D

It's ok. Smells good.
I'm using this as a more natural version of fragrance. Pine oil supposedly has some gentle cleansing properties but it doesn't make the floor feel cleaner than something like vinegar or an actual oil soap. That's with me scrubbing the floor, not just getting it wet and calling it good.

Money saver and old school disinfectant
I purchased this at the beginning of pandemic lockdown when I needed something I could use as a household sanitizer. In the 1980s, I went through a difficult time with my school aged children bringing home lice from their classmates. I finally contacted the health department to find out what I could do to stop recurring infestation. The person I spoke to gave me a lot of information and suggestions that worked! One of the suggestions was to purchase this product and add a capful to every load of laundry. When every store for miles around was out of laundry additives and wipes, I purchased this and a large pack of janitorial terry cleaning cloths. I use these in place of wipes and they are tossed in a closed plastic trash bin I purchased for the purpose of isolating them from other laundry items. The bin is lined with a plastic trash bag and the cloths are washed with detergent a capful of Hexol. This has kept my house sanitized and clean. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to disposable wipes.
