Don't write a lot of review unless something really impresses me, but this was a great purchase. Works amazingly well, very easy to clean, convenient, and cooks evenly. Read some of the prior review of a smell, which this did have, but followed the Instapot's site info on cleaning first and running multiple cycles, and that worked, so be aware you'll want to wash a few times and run some cycles first - but smooth sailing from there.

2 years in and I'm impressed! This air fryer holds up over time. I replace the rubber bumpers every year for about $7, but everything else still functions well. The non-stick finish has started to come off in the corners of the basket and that's from the insertion and removal of the bottom elevating plate or cleaning the basket with the plate inside using soap and water. I recently purchased a silicone insert/basket to prevent future wear. One of the screws did come out for the basket and fell inside between the basket and handle/cover...the grease built up around the screw, it became loose, and fell out. However, I managed to fish it out and screw everything back in. Gave it a good clean and all is well.The capacity is substantial for just one person, I cooked a small chicken once and it just brushed the top burner. The buttons are great with the touch screen. Very easy to wipe clean. I do not use oil in it except an olive oil sprayer with sliced or cubed potatoes. It's really fantastic with meats: bacon, hamburgers, brats, fish, etc. Considering I use this about every day and have for 2 years, Instant Pot is the way to go for air fryers!

We went away from the basket style air fryer to the ones with the tray and we hated it. So we decided to go back to the basket style but wanted one with simple controls. We purchased this one and couldn't be happier. The controls are super easy and the basket is easy to clean. Food always comes out nice and crispy.

Since my Instant Vortex arrived, it has completely transformed my cooking routines. This air fryer is fast, efficient, and surprisingly easy to use. Thanks to its EvenCrisp technology, it browns food to perfection with just a hint of oil, leaving fries crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

It’s very easy to clean, and I love that the tray is large enough to handle all my cooking needs. The convenience is fantastic, and it’s helped save time with meal prep. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
