I purchased two of these, seem well constructed but they don’t function correctly. First the description says 720p and 1080p choice, but it only has a 720p option. Not a big deal if it worked well. One camera locked up for over 24 hrs and a large upload came in, problem is no images on it other than the woods. Between both of them I’d say I have 50 plus images of nothing. I know how to place cameras and no it was not from grass or branches. The video won’t work on either of them, a thumbnail has a video start button but nothing happens, I downloaded it onto my phone to try it that way and the video button disappears. Again no images are on the thumbnails. During testing it picked me up fine, nice clear pics, however trying the video option during testing did not work as well. I tried changing the settings in the app to see if that was an issue, nothing worked. It just seems it uploads pics with false triggers all the time. I have 3 other cameras and never had this many false triggers all put together. Just not happy, I’m returning them and will buy something else.:UPDATE: 12/10/2022, Overnight I received 42 pics with "NOTHING" on them, keep this in mind when you plan to buy this camera and compare this info to the data plan per month. This seems to be a trend for various cell camera's being sold as some reviews are indicating this. You get multiple pics with NOTHING on them, so it goes against your purchased plan through the App. With this Cam I'd say you would need the unlimited plan. Not sure of the issue here, maybe when it connects to the server it automatically takes a pic for no reason, I'm set at burst/multi, so I get 3 pics every time it uploads, again nothing on the pics.

Works great, easy to set up and the camera quality is good. This was a great buy for the price and I definitely plan to purchase a few more for around my property!

No matter what settings I use I don't get video. All I get is a picture with a play button on it. Noting plays. Other than this the camera is ok for the money.

The overall camera takes pretty great pics, never used it in video mode so I can’t speak for that. This year I set the camera out and purchased a monthly unlimited pic plan, discovered the camera isn’t working or the account active. Went into the purchase plan and off to the side it says active 12/08/2023 to 1/08/2024. Just useless when it’s 7/1/2023 and your wanting to start before hunting season begins. Forced to buy a monthly plan of 5000 pics for $22. Takes so many pics unlimited pic packages are the cheapest way to go. Got to be expensive so I bought Bushnell cell cam and it’s monthly unlimited $15 purchase anytime. Another thing was I couldn’t find a Solar panel to charge it until I bought the Bushnell cell camera, it looks to have the same plug in. I haven’t purchased and tried it but they look like the same plug-in. I will continue using it when need, hope they fixed the unlimited billing period.

It works great with the phone at night. I will bring it in campsite. Can’t wait to see what it can capture.

I give this seller and product 1 star, only because negative numbers aren’t available. First off, the camera takes many photos of nothing being there, and I mean many, which adds up to more than 2000 in one month. They give you 2000 pictures free for the first month, then you have to buy a subscription. The first subscription I bought, they said I exceeded 2000 photos. The second month, I bought another subscription, and the company shut off my service. I sent them a screenshot of my receipt. The reply I got was that if I want service, buy a subscription. I sent another screenshot of my receipt, and this time they sent me a coupon code for one month of service, only when I copy and paste the code into my app, it tells me that the code is not valid. Outdoor Ex is located in China, and when they write to you about your problem their sentences don’t make any sense, and are very hard to decipher. Finally, I got fed up, and returned the camera to Amazon for a full refund, and purchased a Bushnell trail camera, that so far, has worked flawlessly.

This is a great camera in this price range. The picture quality is nice for day or night.I love getting photos in real time! The lag is very minimal and it connects to the 4g without any issues.The camera is simple to set up and turn on. The app also works well, and the first month of 4g is free with purchase! This has been nice for keeping a eye on our property where we only visit occasionally.Also, I have not had to replace the batteries yet with about 150 pictures taken so far! Very happy with this purchase!
