The magnifier is fine, I have no complaints about it. However I’m confused as to the country of manufacture. The magnifier shows that it was made in Germany but the pouch it came in states that it was manufactured in China. So which is it? Just wondering.

The price was right.

This review is for the 30 power x 40MM loupe.It is absolutely NOT 30 power. It is probably somewhere around 12-15 power. I compared it against my B&L 10X loupe and it is slightly stronger so something over 10x, but no way is this 30X.As for the good, it is very clear and distortion free. Nice large field of view. Is it worth $10? I would say so. I just wish the description would be accurate. 30X power is misleading in the extreme.The actual piece is marked "Made in Germany", the package it came in (simple plastic bag) says "Made in China"

No good. False advertising. You already know which magnifying glass I bought. It's in the description. Stop saying you need clarity

It does magnify but when you look through it the item looks like it is flipped 180 degrees.
