Remove the anxiety of sticking yourself.
Works perfect for U-100 syringes. This makes it very easy if you have a phobia of needles. Place it on the skin and push the button, the hard part is over. You then inject the medicine yourself then remove the needle, it remains inside the injector until you remove it. I have used mine for over a year now and it still works great. It does not have an excessive spring tension when it injects the needle, it's the perfect amount of tension to get the needle through the skin. It makes it painless, you cannot see the needle going in. I don't like needles, sticking myself is not something I can do without a great deal of anxiety. This is the easiest way for me and it works every time.

Amazing device (32 year phobia of needles)
I'm a very active guy I got tattoos I do mma private bodyguard climbed mountains you name it, with that active lifestyle I ended up with epilepsy one of my medications ended up ruining my thyroid thus I must do hrt for life unfortunately. I've had the worst needle phobia for years and years now after a bad tech destroyed my left arm which after 15 minutes I fainted from the stress. I've always had my best friend inject me and I'd always turn away. Well recently he told me he's moving out we are roommates before that I had my gf at the time do it for me. I was so scared last few weeks I pushed off a weekly dose for two weeks and decided I need to be independent with my medication luckily I bought this months ago but I was having my roommate do it for me normal without the device. Well Wednesday rolls around and it took me all night to gain the courage to inject myself. 28 Guage 1/2 inch half a cc, by no means big at all but it might as well of been a harpoon. All I gotta say with my first experience is I cannot believe I was this scared for so many years, granted injections are different sometimes it barely hurts going in sometimes it burns I however barely felt anything at all not even pain when it punctured it's really given my back my confidence and I can't thank this company enough I cannot tell you how much this device has helped me conquer my fear of injections.

Not easy to use to give shot
This product will insert the needle, but you still need to push in the syringe. I bought this as a backup to another device I bought and was very disappointed. I much prefer the Autoinject as it does everything in one click. I use it for my diabetic dog and it's all done and over with in one click using the Autoinject. If you need to give an injection fast to a squirming child or animal, go with the Autoinject.

This is a great product for those of us who cannot give ourselves a shot.
It is simple to use, there’s no stabbing a needle into yourself, ouch, it works much like a pen injection, the needle is out of sight as you hold it against your skin, you push a button, you depress the plunger. You hardly feel any sting Because it happened so fast, they last long time too, my first one lasted me a couple of years, and I do have one in reserve in case this one stops working. I’m so glad I found this, it has taken a lot of stress off me having to take shots, a good purchase and I highly recommend it.

People Please Read My Review
Let’s start at the beginning I’m on Testosterone replacement therapy and need to do subcutaneous injects every day. I’m definitely not a fan of needles to say the least and I heard about auto injectors. I found this online and read the reviews that said it was cheap, just ok, could be better etc etc and bought it anyways. I’m so glad I did I’m here to tell you right now if you have to give yourself subcutaneous injections even once buy this now! Seriously I rarely do reviews but I think this product would make life so much easier for anyone who has to give themselves injections. I use 30guage, 1/2 ML , 1/2” insulin needles. Most of the time I can’t feel the needle at all. You push the button it injects the needle and you push the plunger in yourself. I couldn’t be happier! I’m not a paid review writer and if it’s possible look up how many reviews I do, I’ve done like 3 maybe and I buy everything online these days. Please do yourself a favor and buy this it’s good quality and works fantastic. Especially if you have a kid that needs injections this will change his life for the better! If you buy this their is a video on the website I believe that walks you through it all. At first I was like what are all these pieces? It can e set up for several size syringes is all once it’s set up it’s simple to use. Best of luck!

Comfort and easy injection
I have been a diabetic for many years and have never be able to inject my self . I have a needle phobia. Just afraid of needles . My husband and daughter have always given me my shots . All these years I’ve always felt like I was a nuisance. Trust me I ve tried to inject myself . I decided to look up needle injectors and here it was. I’ve only used it a few times now but let me tell you I am so happy beyond words . Easy to use and pain free . You just load and push button . You can’t see needle and it’s so fast you can’t even feel needle going in . So far I’ve only used it in belly area . Fingers crossed it will all work out !

It works! You need a slip-tip syringe tho ⚠️
Have been doing injections for 6 years. No needle fear originally but developed a pretty strong aversion to it through time. Finally used this for the first time and it's a game changer. Makes a 15 minute process with shaking and high heart rate into a 15 second process. One thing to note- you need slip-tip syringes for this! When it first arrived I was so excited til I tried to set it up with my luer lock syringes and realized it wouldn't fit. Slip-tip or luer slip syringes will do the trick- they recommend their own brand of syringe but the regular luer slip worked great for me.

Basic functional, need improvement
The looseness of the gauge within the cylinder wasn't thought out, which bent needles sometimes. need re-engineering to be better, cost is high.. worth only $10!!
