Country Sweet Sauce - Premium Cooking and Finishing Sauce (Mild, 1 Gallon/128 ounces)

Country Sweet is a sweet and tangy sauce that goes good with chicken wings, chicken tenders, or even chicken nuggets (and sometimes pork). The ingredients include vinegar, sugar, mustard, tomato paste, and a few spices. It's similar to other common barbecue sauces, with an emphasis on vinegar for tanginess, and it's better than any wing sauce I've ever tried. Kind of like Sweet and Sour sauce, but with less of a ketchup-y taste. It's good with other things as well, but the second best thing I enjoy it with is pizza. A lot of people enjoy dipping their slice of pizza into Ranch dressing, which is delicious, but to me Country Sweet is even better. The sweet tanginess mixed with savory cheese and meat is fantastic. I've always used this sauce on food that is already done cooking, rather than adding some to the food while it cooks. Either way, if you prefer sweet/sour sauces on meats like chicken wings or pulled pork, there's nothing I would recommend more than Country Sweet. The flavor the vinegar adds is surprisingly good, compared to the salty flavor of most BBQ sauces.

I love it! Exactly like Country Kitchen in Rochester NY. Brings back college memories. Sweet and hot. The cost was too high, will purchase from the vender next time instead of Amazon. Price is a lot lower.

I read 📖 what this other idiot said about this sauce not being very good and full of sugar. Both statements are ignorant and false. I did not grow up with this sauce but, I did grow up 👆 in the Rochester, NY area. I started eating this sauce in my twenties and it was a great late night 🌃 treat. The chicken wings the sauce it came on were always incredible. I now live in Palm Springs, California and I order this sauce because it is wonderful. Despite the fact it says sweet in the name and it tastes sweet it has less grams of sugar than most would think 🤔. I love it on potatoes 🥔, pasta, sandwiches 🥪, meat salads, eggs 🥚, popcorn 🍿, and etc. It goes on anything not just chicken. You don't have to be from Rochester to love this sauce its good no matter where you live.
