Although this is smoke free, the flavor is the closest to what I consider authentic Yerba mate flavor.

Great quality tea at a good price for what it is, but order in advance because it can take them weeks to get you the tea. Think they ship it by rowboat possibly.

Compared to other brands, this mate is very mild. It feels like the caffeine content is lower than usual because I don't particularly feel more awake/energized after drinking it. Caffeine content aside, the flavor is great, very little dust and good looking leaves. Great purchase, I will definitely buy again.

I've ordered whole plant yerba mate from all over the world. This is the worst I've ever had. Nasty chemical taste and smell. It's obviously been smoked. Very distinct smell and taste in addition to nasty chemical taste and smell. Don't buy this....
