Don’t waste your time trying to figure out installation hardware!
Installing was a bitch. Go to hardware or automotive store and buy snap-in nylon bottons. Once snapped to the frame, you can use the bolts provided to fasten the deflectors. You’ll need a long flexible wrench to tighten the bolts under the deflectors.

Sturdy and good looking on the bike
You will need to purchase additional hardware depending on the model bike you own, had to take the seat off for the install which is no big deal. When the bike is moving the hot air off the engine no longer bakes your legs.

Good looking product, BUT...
So, these heat deflectors look great. BUT, we need to talk about the installation. In short, installation is NOT easy. You need to be mechanically talented to install these. Otherwise, you will be VERY frustrated and will fail at this. Your talent level needs to be somewhere between MacGyver and Rube Goldberg. These come with NO instructions. They also come with a VERY peculiar collection of hardware. Most of which, I did not use, nor did I have a clue of what it would ever have been used for. Basically, these only require 4 bolts/nuts and washers to attach. Be advised that you will be required to do some drilling in to the cross-member of the frame in order to mount the left (shifter side) deflector. A right angle drill makes short work of this. Removing the seat makes mounting the right side (brake pedal side) much easier. It offers access to the back side of the cross member where the bolts go, which allows you put a wrench on the head and tighten them up. An additional observation; I noticed a note, not only with this version, but also with every other incarnation of these, that states that this will not work with bikes using an adjustable rider back rest. I have NO idea what heck they are taking about as these have absolutely NOTHING to do with the back rest, nor are they any where even close it. I took a chance on them after taking a close look at my bike and suspected that it would be fine and sure enough, they have nothing to do with the backrest. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. But be prepared for a tedious install.

Worked great!
Fit great on my 2005 Road King. A little work to get your fingers into place but the material so far is holding up..

Way too difficult to install, especially will not fit a trike on left side do to exhausts routing.
The product was not designed to fit a trike application and install would have been next to impossible without modifications on my trike. Found another set online that installed easily in predrilled holes on my frame.

Ignore the hardware…
Let’s start off with there’s no instructions. The hardware is useless. Had to go to local hardware store to make this work. I also had to drill a hole on the clutch side ti make it work. I could’ve used double sided tape but didn’t want to risk it falling off. Don’t get me wrong it looks good once is on. It’s cheap and it fits but like I said…be prepared to take a trip to the hardware store.

No instructions
Difficult to install cheap hardware but they do help with the heat on inner thigh so worth it.
