Seems much easier than buying ingredients in a shop every week.** A: They are very tasty .used for a three day walk took 6 sachets could have taken 9 . They are just a bridge from a to b .just part of a food plan .not the main source of protein .in a nut shell very good for part of the daily food intake and depends on the daily activity.good product but not for a year. **Q: Are these freeze dried meals?** A: No they are normal wet pouches of camping food. They have a shelf life of atleast 2 years. **Q: could you tell me the current best before dates as of 23/10/2022 please?** A: Mine had 04/23.
