For the price, pretty fabulous.
For the money, this is pretty great. It's attractive and a great option for me to keep my giant rabbits separated. Some things worth knowing: Like most hutches it comes shipped in flat pieces and needs to be assembled. Assembly wasn't too bad, maybe an hour and a half. The instructions are pretty clear and straightforward the only things that might trip you up are: There are two types of casters (wheels). Half of them have locks and the other half don't. The locking ones should be on the front. There's an instruction to install the hay feeder... I'm surprised there's only one hay feeder, but the instruction doesn't really tell you where to install it *back wall in pictures. The box was packed pretty well, no damage from shipping, but the dead space was filled with Styrofoam. Ultimately I had a kitchen garbage bag worth of plastic / Styrofoam waste, which is a disappointment. When assembling this sort of structure be extremely careful. Screws strip out easily and the light wood can splinter. I had better than average results on this than I have on others in the past. I love the design. Everything is accessible, more than I thought it'd be in the pictures. Even the rigid floor section is easily dumped into the tray below for cleaning. Money well spent I think.

Hotel for Bunnies
This is an amazing cage. It has plenty of space, offers privacy, and is easy to clean. The extra features, such as the slide-out clean trays and the options to open from above, the front, or the cage door, are very convenient. I love that it rolls smoothly. It feels sturdy, although one bunny was able to chew a little on the thinner wood around the ‘house’ area, and there was some splitting of the wood during assembly. It is a beautiful piece and an attractive addition to any space. It is pricey with the shipping, and I had to pay for assembly, but my guy got it assembled in 2.5 hours. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase so far and highly recommend it.

MAJOR ISSUES IF YOU HAVE TO CONTACT SELLER
The cage went together rather easily. The instructions were easy to follow and pieces were labeled. There is a shiny material, that resembles fiberglass all over the pieces of the cage. We had to wipe it down twice to get all the fibers off. There is also an odor to the cage that smells similar Pinesol. Cage rolls nice. HOWEVER... The plastic tray for our cage was cracked and the seller would not budge in sending a return label. Only offered a $5 refund and then a $20 refund. It wasn't until I filed an A-Z claim with Amazon that the seller finally refunded the money.

Cute design but poor quality – works for quail with modifications
I purchased this Aivituvin Rabbit Hutch for my quail, and while it has some nice features, the overall quality is disappointing—especially for the price. On the positive side, it’s a very cute hutch with plenty of space. I like that it has two separate areas and multiple doors for access, which makes caring for my birds easier. I also appreciated how easy it was to put together. However, the materials are not very durable. Several pieces arrived broken, and within two weeks, I had already damaged the wheel mounts, which now no longer hold the wheels in place. One of the roof hinges also broke with minimal use. The trays are okay, but the plastic is attached to the wooden frame, so cleaning requires extra care. I adapted the hutch for quail by adding hardware cloth to the floor for their feet. I also wish there were locking mechanisms on more access points—only the front door has a proper latch. The top grate and side access areas could really benefit from some sort of lock. Despite the poor quality, I may purchase again due to the layout and appearance—but I definitely feel it’s overpriced for the build quality.

Great deal, really nice cage
Very good quality. Fairly easy to put together as long as u have a drill. It only took my daughter and I about 45 min. it's absolutely huge and cost half as much as similar sized cages. It's sturdy enough to keep our guinea pigs in the living room with our other animals and not have to worry about them. It also has a way to separate them, because they fight. It's like getting 2 cages for the price of one, and it looks really nice.

Shoddy workmanship, defective product, even worse seller
BUYER BEWARE OF PRODUCT AND SELLER! I purchased this item and was excited by the design, look and what I hoped was usefulness for the intended purpose (quail hutch). It was listed by the Seller as eligible for a return and full refund within 30 days of purchase. I received the item several days after purchasing and immediately unpacked it and started putting it together. The wood was of very poor quality. it split easily, even with hand-tightening. Even worse, the pre-drilled dowel holes and screw holes did not align. They were several inches off. Consequently, the product could not be put together correctly. It was crooked, would not sit flat on the ground, nor could all the pieces even be assembled at all. After immediately contacting the seller, it takes no less than 24 hours for a reply from the seller each time I respond, which usually is immediately after receiving their reply. There is no customer service phone number or any direct way to contact this seller I could find. I had to contact them through Amazon. At first, they offered me a $20 refund and told me to do a DIY fix. Even if I had the knowledge and desire to DIY this (if I did I would have saved my $220 and built one myself), the poor quality of the wood makes it impossible. Any attempts to try to redrill the holes or whatever it might require to get it to be functional would likely crack and further destroy the wood and the product. After a week of back and forth, the seller still refuses to give me a full refund and has not sent me a return label.

indoor Bunny Cage
This rabbit cage is AMAZING. The roof is made from real roof material. There are so many different ways to get your pet out of the cage. It is an excellent size. The height is good the doors the top all open easily. It’s a good stabile bunny cage. I’m so happy I made this purchase my bunny really likes it.

This hutch is great. Easy to assemble. Took about 45 min. Lots of room for my lion head bunny. We installed a pet fence around it so he can have even more room to roam. He loves hopping in and out. It is made of wood. Our bunny chewed a bit of the ramp but not the house itself. There’s a ramp and a door to the cage part. Half the roof of the cage opens. And the roof of the hutch part opens (if you only screw in one side of the middle part).

Ramp had sharp edges and cut my bunny’s paws. Removed the ramp. Didn’t need it. Otherwise, it was fine and cute. Bunny likes it.

So....This product does look exactly like the picture and functions as described. I like the tray and that the bottom bars can be removed. I use it for my miniature house chicken. BUT this thing is extremely fragile and breakable. Do not use an electric drill to assemble it as it does split the wood. The wood is very soft and breaks with a very tiny amount of weight. I wouldn't use this for something like a rabbit because they would literally chewy through the wall in 5 minutes, that's if it could even hold the weight of it. Even the metal bars are extremely fragile and bendable and break at the littlest weight so you have to be very gentle with the entire thing while assembling and using. do not use this indoors or if you have cats or dogs that could get to a small pet inside as they could easily break into it. It also has an extremely strong chemical smell, it isn't the smell of wood but chemicals, it's been about a week and the smell is still very strong and my pet now smells like it too. With that said, it works fine for my chicken as she's very light and only goes inside to lay her eggs and eat so I will keep it as the studieness isn't a huge issue for me, but it's certainly very overpriced for what it is. Might as well make a cage out of a thick cardboard and an armature wire for the same effect lol

Bought for my daughters rabbit. Easy build very sturdy. Harsh smell of paint stain very strong!! All of the framing is wood so that was destroyed in 2 weeks. We tried bitter apple spray nope still chewing the wood. The framing is very soft wood its not going to last 6months at the rate its disappearing. 225$ down the drain. Next hutch will be metal.

The instructions are easy to follow if you even need them. My bunny has tons of space to hop around and explore. The only thing that could be better is the wire floor. Maybe a plastic or faux wooden flooring would be better. The bunny doesnt like to be on the thin wires and their paws are super soft, its probably uncomfortable
