I just love Epsom Salts. They are good for drawing and healing and are lovely for softening your skin in the bath, soaking a wound or soaking feet, if you've been on them all day.These are a good brand and variety of Epsom Salts. But, they are a bit different as they are beautifully scented. The bag says ginger and clay. I'm not sure if these salts "detoxify and energize" (the human body actually detoxifies itself in most common situations) but it doesn't matter what the label claims on these salts. They are lovely and I find them relaxing and an adjunct to healing.I usually pour about a cup or so into the tub (I don't measure) as I am filling the bath, and let the hot water run on the salts. You may need to swirl the water a bit, but the salts will dissolve and the magnesium in the salts will help muscles relax and perhaps even heal and the aroma of these salts are heavenly. (FTR, all Epsom Salts contain magnesium.)Some reviewers have said they don't care for the aroma of this variety, but my entire family loves it. My husband even uses it in his bath as does our youngest daughter. These salts are great for sore muscles when you've overdone it, relaxing when you're tired or feeling under the weather, treating a migraine, coming down with a cold, etc.This stuff is amazing for migraines. We know magnesium is good for migraines, and Epsom Salts dissolved in water lets the minerals soak into your body as they relax you. (This variety should not be taken internally.) These Epsom Salts are on my Go To list, along with an ice pack for my head, fluids and my meds when I'm getting a full blown migraine. My adult children do the same thing and use the salts for sore muscles. My husband uses this for sore muscles or just help him relax. He's tilling the garden today, so he most likely will use these Epsom Salts this evening in his bath.I find the aroma of these salts mild and relaxing. This brand makes unscented Epsom Salts if you don't care for this scent. But, I love it. It adds to the relaxing, soothing, softening experience of a good Epsom Salt bath.These can also be used in a higher concentration for a foot bath. I also recommend an Epsom Salt and warm water soak for my patients who may have mastitis or soreness from breastfeeding. (Mastitis requires antibiotics and medical treatment as well, of course. You should call your health care provider if you suspect you have mastitis.)I highly recommend Epsom Salts for myriad uses and this brand and scent is my absolute favorite.i

I bought for my soaks following immunotherapy appointments. The scent is comforting and leaves my skin hydrated and not itching so badly. My teenage granddaughter dances ballet annd enjoys soaking in this too after practice . Highly recommend.
