This tree topper is really neat. I’m happy with my purchase I do have higher ceilings so the projection is larger. With lower ceilings it wouldn’t be very large directly above the tree HOWEVER, you are able to spin the projector on other areas of the room making it even bigger. I like it both ways though. Even small sparkles and snowflakes on top of the tree are very different than any other tree topper I’ve ever had. The one thing that bummed me out is that the box has different options and colors and patterns advertised on it and those options aren’t available online. I got excited thinking I could change the design but I can’t. It would be cool if you could, like the outdoor projectors. I’m still leaving 5 stars because that wasn’t something I thought I was purchasing in the first place. I received exactly what I ordered and I am very happy. I do recommend it.

I've been looking forward to this light since last year and finally ordered one. Unfortunately I am disappointed with this product. The photos makes it look like the whole star lights up, but it does not. You just get a cheap gold glitter star with a LED snowflake projector. I love the projector but I believe this product would be so much better if the star itself lit up. It would look so much better on a tree that way. When decorating, you need to use your other lights around it to make it appear like it is lit. Not the statement piece I was hoping for for a tree topper.Only giving 3 stars because while I love the snowflake projector on the ceiling, I am going to be adding some fairy lights to the star's trim to make it look better.Cute product. Needs a light upgrade in my opinion.

I had to try this out when it arrived and my entire family loved seeing the projection on our high ceiling. The box it came in showed other things that could be projected on the ceiling but ours had only the snowflakes and I am assuming that it all it should have had. Yes, the gold glitter needs to be varnished or something so that it will not come off. We were afraid to spray it with varnish and perhaps ruin the projector? Made in China of course...

However the star is extremely heavy and I had a fake tree. There was not much support and it would fall to the side. I tied ribbon around the tree and topper to hold the star in place because i loved the look so much. I may have to test it out on a real tree next year. Also the lights are cool and has a blue tint but the rest of tree was Warm themed so heads up on that.

The media could not be loaded.  This star has a lot of gold glitter which drives me insane, but if you spray some hairspray on it, then you can seal the glitter to the star and I cannot give this item less than 5 stars because it is amazing!!! It delivers snow flakes on the sealing of my living room and my kids LOVE it! It truly is a magical tree topper! We love it!

The media could not be loaded.  I am very happy with this star topper. It was much bigger and sturdier than I thought. Plenty of footage of electrical cord too. Of course It's only been 24 hours but I will check back in after Christmas and let you know how it lasted . The projection on the ceiling is lovely.

Love this.. only downfall is that the closer the star is to the ceiling the smaller the snowflakes are so you only get a small area above the tree you can see them. Would work better on a short tree or if the snowflakes were projected out the sides as well.
