After Heavy Use - I Still Prefer Them
I purchased a second set of Indera Long Johns after successful using the first set, 60 hours per week, 300 hours in cold harsh weather. They served me reasonably well, and I've been pleased with the quality, size, warmth and comfort of these natural color waffle-knit thermal Long Johns. The only concern is that seams in one pair of the Long John pants have stretched in the crotch of my first pair. I used this first pair close to 300 hours of harsh conditions, including climbing, reaching and miles of walking each day, and the only concern I've noted were slightly pulled seams (not even separated) in the crotch. I would say that's pretty good. As a result, I still find Indera to be a reasonable value for the price. One of the reasons for this thumbs-up, is their reasonable performance in spite of the harsh work-out I have given these Long Johns. If you live in colder climate, such as the Rocky Mountains, Great Lakes, Alaska, Yukon or Canada, you may consider Indera's Heavyweight version, which provides roughly double the thickness and insulation. All things considered, I would gladly purchase Indera Long Johns again, and would not hesitate to recommend them as a reasonable value. Additional Thought: With any Long Johns, use care about dryer temperature to avoid shrinkage. I use a lower setting, and remove them early to finish by air drying. They should last longer this way, too.

Awesome Traditional Long Johns
This is the best thermal underwear purchased. It’s the same traditional long Johns purchased years ago, great quality and fit. Don’t like those newer thermals that they have out (the silky like ones) they make you sweat! These are traditional and amazing. Definitely will be purchasing more of these.

Ridiculously Inaccurate Sizing
I'm a big guy who normally wears a size 2-3XL pant, so I decided not to take chances and bought the size 4XL. I figured if it was too large, it would shrink down after a few washings. Wow, was I wrong! The 4XL looked and fit more like about a size men's large. I literally could not pull this underwear up past mid-thigh. My wife just laughed at my struggles. Maybe sizing is closer to accurate in the smaller sizes, but if you are a 2XL or larger, don't waste your time. It's NOT going to fit.

Men's average quality long johns
Indera Men's long johns are a very comfortable fitting pair of long johns. Size does matter so the correct size helps. Does provide an extra layer of warmth around the legs during those cold winter months. They function fine. My only problem with these long johns is they don't hold up after washing. I already have a tear in not one but both of my johns I purchased. Same brand, same problem. A tear in the fabric. I washed in cold water, didn't even use the dryer. Hang dry. Other than that, there great for the winter months. I just question the quality of the material.

Warmth and Comfort
These long Johnson are soft, and lightweight. They are not too thick, nor too light to wear under pants during cold weather. The waistband seems sturdy enough not to stretch out of shape during the first month of washing them. They hasn't been worn yet, but they look and feel warm. I believe that I will be ordering another pair if my husband likes them. I know he will.

It is actually a thermal pants (sic). Thin as all thermal underwear should be and is warm as advertised ie as a base layer. Not sure what the other review was on about. These aren't supposed to be puffy pants!

I bought these for my husband. As they are comfortable and very warm, he loves them so much and bought two more additionally.

Great stuff! Stretchy cuff and overall really comfortable. I am 6'5" and 200 lbs with a 34" inseam on pants. The XL fit great. Awesome lounge pants and great for warmth too. The waistband especially seemed much higher quality than the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom ones (which I also ordered and was not as pleased).
