Excellent flask.. just what i was looking for , a large 1.9 ltr supply for hot drinks on cold days out.. I decided to test it so i wouldn't be cought out in need of a warm drink on my first outing. I primed the flask with boiling water, then filled it and waited. After 31 hours the water was still so hot that i could only sip it one mouthful at a time... after 42 hours it was still hot enough not to gulped down... after many years of outdoor adventuring i have to say i'm amazed and this ' updated classic ' is truley superior to my expectations ( which is very refreshing in this world od hype )...p.s -- the updated version has a different neck designe and the handle folds from side to side.

Brilliant flask. I really underestimated this as I've only ever had cheap ones in the past that claim 12hrs warm but lucky if they actually last 2. Anyway I received this flask on Friday and I filled it up with boiling water at 8:30pm. 24 hours later I checked it, by dipping my finger in to feel the water, it was still boiling hot like it was fresh out the kettle. Checked it again yesterday, and still burnt my finger. Today I have emptied it as I didnt want the water sitting in there too long and even today (67 hours after) when I poured the water i to the sink it was still very very warm. I haven't yet tried cold, or ice, but I have huge confidence in it. Awesome flask. Looks the part too, the camo pattern is great. Really happy with this purchase.

👍 I’ve had this now for over a year and it has proved itself to perform extremely well. It has a sleek, rugged look that instantly catches the eye, and it’s built to last. The durability of this flask is outstanding and made from high-quality materials that has been able to withstand a lot of wear and tear. The heat retention is great, keeping my drinks hot for hours. We have frequent power outs during bad weather and this has proved itself as indispensable during these moments. It also works great for keeping cold drinks chilled. Amazing, matches the lunch box and works really well. Husband says he doesn't like the way it pours, so takes lid off fully , but that's it. Rest is great

Having had one of these for a number of years, I recently bought another as a gift for a family member. He was really pleased with the quality and colour and I’ve no doubt that it will serve him just as well as mine has served me (it fell of Snowdon once and was fine). I use it for coffee while hiking and find it keeps the drink hot for the whole day. I prefer these types of flasks over the ones with a little button in that you press to pour because they are much easier to clean and less likely to break. I also like that they come with a cup as even though it’s small it means you don’t have to carry a mug with you (unless you want to share your brew, pah!). Well worth the money in my opinion as you simply won’t have to buy another flask ever.

i tried it on UAE weather and its perfect for it , the ice stays ice for 3 day in a hot weather on car , i surprised,, and about hot water it stay hot after put it inside it and put the flask inside the freezer for 2 days

Bouteille isotherme Stanley 1.9L verte = = = = = Mise à jour après 5 mois = = = = = Une bouteille pleine d'eau chaude entre 65 et 70°C au départ ; avec un seul quart consommé, l'eau est encore tiède après 40h. Une sacrée bouteille isotherme. ========== Au début, je n'aimais pas ce gros machin vert et moche, on dirait une pièce de vieux tank. Sauf qu'il sait se faire apprécier. - D'abord, il tient super bien la chaleur. Même après 12h, il y a de quoi se brûler. En fait, même le pas de vis du bouchon est isolant avec une double paroi sous vide. Une fois trouvé la bonne température de préparation de votre liquide, c'est parfait. - Poignée articulée solide, avec attaches soudées au corps de bouteille, et plutôt confortable. - Une bouteille robuste et pratique, sous tous les angles. - Drôlement bien fait. Le bouchon en deux pièces, avec le gobelet à visser et le bouchon intérieur qui se dévisse partiellement pour verser. On trouve vite ses habitudes : le gobelet se place bien et est facile à visser, sans besoin de forcer pour le fixer ; le verseur est facile à placer pour verser sans qu'il tombe, même avec des gants. - Probablement plus confortable pour les grandes mains. = = = = = = = - ASTUCE DE LONGEVITE : le bouchon verseur a un joint en caoutchouc à l'intérieur, qui sert à l'étanchéité. Pour allonger la durée de vie de ce joint et donc de la bouteille, ne pas le serrer trop fort. Une fois servi, fermez le d'1/2 tour seulement (il tient bien, mais il reste un petit peu souple lorsque vous le bouger à la main). Placez la bouteille tête en bas et vous verrez, elle ne coule pas. Si besoin, serrez un petit peu plus, mais ce serait surprenant. Et vous verrez, la bouteille durera beaucoup plus que si vous serrez le bouchon trop fort. Si vous serrez votre bouchon à fond, 1/ le joint s'écrasera et se tassera contre la bouteille, et un jour il perdra sa souplesse ; 2/ il frottera plus fort contre le métal chaque fois qu'il sera serré et desserré. Il s'usera et se craquèlera. En serrant le bouchon juste assez pour être étanche, mais pas plus, le joint gardera ses propriétés étanches pendant de nombreuses années. A 60 euros ou plus, ça vaut le coup de faire durer cette bouteille. (Sauf avec les marques bon marché, c'est en général la mécanique qui lâche en premier sur les isothermes, pas l'isolation) Ah, et je mecsplique si je veux. Na.
