This stuff was really amazing! Instantly cleared mold/mildew. I did wear gloves, and N95 mask/safety glasses. Fumes not too bad. We did have fan in window. The warnings are scary, but with proper gear, it is highly recommended.

This product actually works. Had Black mold in shower that stained my grout. I sprayed over night and woke up to a brand new shower with no stains. I was having to scrub my shower every month, now I can just spray.

This product is nothing short of a miracle. Bought some 60’s vintage wicker furniture and the original cushions had black mold spots on a very delicate fabric, otherwise in great shape. Really wanted to keep the pieces original we tried all the standard cleaning remedies for mold, borax, baking soda & vinegar, etc.. I was ready to give up ehen I found this product on Amazon. The effectiveness was evident immediately. You know you have the right stuff when the dirt starts to disappear almost instantly. No harsh smell and completely removed the mold and other stains. Bought this size after using smaller bottle as we know we’re going to use this on everything. Don’t waste time and money on anything else as this is far and away the most effective spray product on the market!

This is an outstanding product!!! I had received a FB ad for a similar type mold removal product. I found this brand on Amazon and decided to go with the pro version. We have a tile and glass shower and have been dealing with black slimy stuff in the corners for the last few years. Even after cleaning, it never looked that great. I mixed this up, sprayed it in the bottle and it virtually all went away but for one corner I'm going to retreat. What's better is it has stopped the mold from coming back. I also had some green mildew on our front porch that I treated with this and it went away as well.

Worked Fantastic — But Definitely Not a DIY Job! This mold and mildew remover worked fantastic. It cleared everything up way better than I expected and did exactly what it promised. The results were impressive! That said… I would not recommend doing it yourself. The fumes are strong, and it’s definitely one of those jobs that’s better left to a professional if you can. Great product — just use caution!

This stuff is what you wish all other products were. This actually works. So well, it does the job itself. Sprayed it and it was gone. It’s cleaning power is unmatched. The smell is like you’d expect, but not insanely overwhelming either. You don’t feel like you are going to instantly die if you are not wearing a mask as you spray it. I have only had this stuff for two days, so far, it is very durable, as in .. once it’s gone, it does not grow back. The packaging is great too. Typical gallon jug, with extra internal cap sealers so even if cap came off, it would not leak in transport. Once you remove that, your only defense to spillage is using the actual cap, which works great. I poured this stuff into a spray bottle. I only had a small issue… but then I decided to clean everything with it…. For fun. Nothing else to do. My house has never been cleaner. In the past I tried all the stuff in stores. It barely does the job, tones of elbow grease (as they say) and it doesn’t completely solve the problem. Then I found this stuff while doom scrolling….. and Amazon had a fair price. I went for it, and here we are today. I help review this product on Amazon reviews as 5 stars. Honesty, if this stuff does not work, you probably need to cut the part of your house out, burn that chunk of your house, and rebuild that area.

This product is magical. I tell you my DIY friends about how it effortlessly cleans stubborn mold stains. Use this product on outdoor pvc railing to make it perfectly clean without any scrubbing. It works on composite decking. I've tried powerwashing the railing and deck with no results, this spray makes all the difference. I've also use this product in my tiled shower as it removes all signs of soup scum, no scrubbing required. If you have any pool swimmies or plastic toys left in a damp environment with mold spots they will disappear but the bleach may also change their color. The fumes after spray are very strong. I recommend wearing a mask even when applying outside. It's not worth injuring your throat, lungs. I've heard others wear gloves. I only wear gloves for bigger jobs. Bottom line. Add this to your set of tools. Every house should have a bottle.

Better than expected, but still didn't tick all the right boxes. I've noticed some mold growth in an A/C closet from the Texas humidity that I needed to get treated. Multiple internet searches lead me to the RMR product line and I settled on the Pro Contractor grade. I did see almost instantaneous results with when applied directly to the drywall, but it took me multiple attempts to get a complete clean due to the fumes; this product has a STRONG bleach scent, so be sure to have good ventilation. I'm still unsure if I have actually killed the mold or just bleached it white with the RMR-86 as the the instructions indicate I need to follow up with another RMR product. I tried this in an old shower that has mildew and don't see any change in the staining. It seems to be an OK product, but not good enough if I still need to by another product from the manufacturer to finish the job.
