My slavic friends taught me to take it before and during drinking. Removes hangover, cant believe it but its true. IDK how it works but it works beautifully. You dont need those super expensive pills, one pill before drinking and one during. Dont overdo on alcohol but it seems to me that it works even when you seemingly drinking "too much". Drink responsibly. And consult with your doctor before doing it. Works like magic for me!
