We’ve had this for awhile now and we like it. It’s well made and came with all things needed. We use lots of things that are solar powered, it’s electricity saving and more friendly for the environment. With this camera being needing to run all the time, we don’t want one that’s battery operated. Wiring is too troublesome as well, it’s good that this is wireless. It’s easy to setup, basically only need to drill 4 holes and download an app to have it start running. The stickers have a function of warning people from doing bad things. The back of the camera has connector to other power source if needed. And both plugins parts of it come with rubber cover to protect it from getting water inside. Overall it’s as expected and working so far so good. Will update if anything changes.

I use this camera at the end of our driveway to alert me when someone arrives, usually package delivery. The first camera though the battery failed to charge either through the solar panels or when I plugged it in for 24 hours. Once I contacted customer service was very pleasantly surprised to their quick response and remedy for the camera. If all companies had as nice a customer service as this company the world would be a much better place. Thanks to Karen Lee especially. The app could be better and sensitivity tweaked.

Picture quality is okay. Battery does not stay charged with solar panel. Camera goes off-line. Camera movement is extremely slow and unresponsive. Faster Wi-Fi connection is needed. Better solar panels to hold charge is needed.

i bought this outdoor camera especially for my dog. My dog likes to play in the back yard. But the kids from the neighbor likes to hit my dog using their toys or water. Every time when i saw my dog is wet, i was so mad. This outdoor camera is easy to install and user-friendly with the app. i takes only short amount of time to set up everything and it works great. High graphic resolution quality and on-time streaming at all time. No monthly fee is the biggest concern when i look into this product, and everything works properly as it should. Would willing to buy another one at front door if needed.

We didn’t realize that it had a 16ft view limit. Therefore it didn’t fit our needs. HOWEVER Ally in customer service was amazing. Several emails and conversations and even linking to the app for us. Just super nice and really patient. Even offering to pay for return shipping on an exchange or even a return. And asking to include us on a VIP list!? This rep went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot and even though we could fix our issue I’d still recommend them to anyone looking for a security camera.

Using it for home security. It seems to be well constructed and not cheap plastic. I guess it would be nice to be able to zoom in and out but will be more extensive. The picture quality is good and I can watch from anyplace in the world with wifi connection.
